A strategic thinker with extensive expertise across the full marketing mix, Karenna specialises in marketing strategy and stakeholder engagement — partnering with purpose-led organisations, government, and community-focused brands to deliver meaningful results across Aotearoa and beyond.

After a decade in senior client-side roles in the UK, she spent over ten years running her own consultancy and building a global FEMtech app in Australia, before relocating to Nelson, New Zealand, to be with family. She holds a First-Class Honours degree in Applied Communications and a GOLD Stevie Award for Women in Business.

Her work spans complex stakeholder engagement, major placemaking campaigns, tourism, grassroots initiatives, and sustainability-driven marketing.
