Elevate Consultancy is a strategic marketing partner for organisations ready to grow with clarity and purpose. Based in Nelson, New Zealand, we work across New Zealand, Australia, and internationally.

A strategic thinker with extensive expertise across the full marketing mix, Karenna specialises in strategic marketing and stakeholder engagement.
After a decade in senior client-side roles in the UK, she spent over ten years running her own consultancy and building a global FEMtech app in Australia, before relocating to Nelson, New Zealand, to be with family. She holds a First-Class Honours degree in Applied Communications and a GOLD Stevie Award for Women in Business. She was also awarded ‘Mumpreneur of the Year’ in 2021.
