We were engaged to develop a marketing strategy for Doe Sprinkles, a brand that had experienced strong, organic growth and built a loyal following through its distinctive product and creative content.
As digital platforms evolved and organic reach became less predictable, the business sought strategic support to adapt its approach and build more sustainable momentum across channels.
A key focus of our work was supporting the transition to a new Shopify website. We provided guidance on site structure, product listings, and visual consistency, ensuring imagery, tone, and branding aligned cohesively across the online experience.
We also worked with the client to develop a suite of digital products, including downloadable recipe books, inspiration guides, and online courses, to broaden revenue streams and deepen engagement with their audience.
Alongside this, we managed email marketing to their growing database, helping to maintain connection with customers and showcase new products, content, and initiatives.
We also supported the expansion of their wholesale presence by researching and identifying potential stockists based on audience alignment and social reach, assisting with outreach, and developing a contact strategy to nurture these relationships and drive increased bulk orders.
