We were engaged by a collective of local governments in the Perth Hills region who were collaborating to strengthen tourism across the area.

The brief was to help articulate their shared vision, highlight the progress achieved in recent years, and present a compelling case that reflected both the strategic intent and tangible outcomes of their work.

Over several months, we partnered closely with the local governments to gather and synthesise evidence across multiple areas, including major events, infrastructure and economic development initiatives, tourism strategies, and regional collaboration.

We structured this material into a clear, cohesive narrative that demonstrated impact, alignment, and long-term commitment to tourism growth.

Our role extended beyond coordination; we translated complex information into a persuasive, professionally crafted awards submission that met the criteria and showcased the collective’s achievements with clarity and confidence.

The entry was awarded Gold at the WA Tourism Awards, a strong validation of the region’s progress and the quality of the submission.

This success provided the collective with further credibility and momentum, enabling them to promote the Perth Hills as a leading tourism destination across Western Australia and nationally.
