We began working with Yoga Centre at an early stage of its business lifecycle, forming a long-term partnership that evolved alongside the business itself.
Our initial work focused on establishing strong foundations, including developing the brand identity and creating a professional, customer-focused website integrated with a booking platform.
We also supported the client through the technical and operational setup of this system to ensure it worked effectively for both the business and its customers.
During COVID, we worked closely with the business to pivot its model, providing guidance as it moved into online classes and adapted its offering to changing market conditions.
This phase demonstrated the strength of our collaborative relationship and our ability to support the business through uncertainty while maintaining strategic focus.
Over time, our role evolved into a consistent strategic marketing advisory relationship. Through regular meetings, we provided external perspective, accountability, and structured thinking, – our fractional Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) service.
While the client led the day-to-day marketing execution, we offered strategic oversight, problem-solving support, and objective input that helped sharpen decision-making and priorities.
Most recently, this partnership extended to working together on the business proposal for the sale of the business and its assets, drawing on our deep understanding of the brand, market positioning, and commercial narrative built over years of collaboration.
