Development and launch of an innovative membership app, Your Fertility Toolbox, alongside a comprehensive content, community, and partnership ecosystem.

Results

More than 50,000 podcast downloads, over 50,000 YouTube views, 2,500+ app members, strong email engagement (50%+ open rates), sustained website growth, and national media coverage.

We developed Your Fertility Hub’s profile and commercial foundations through a multi-layered digital strategy that combined brand, content, product, and community.

Central to this was the creation of Your Fertility Toolbox, a membership app that housed hundreds of downloadable workbooks, audio guides, and videos, alongside a community space where members could connect and manage their subscription seamlessly in one place.

To support the app and extend reach, we developed a content ecosystem anchored by a podcast and YouTube channel, which together generated more than 100,000 views and downloads over time.

We also built and optimised a WordPress website that became a trusted resource in its own right, including the creation of a global directory of fertility providers.

This directory not only delivered value to users but also created a revenue stream through paid listings.

Website performance was consistently strong, averaging over 10,000 unique visitors per month with approximately 10% month-on-month growth.

Email communications achieved exceptionally high engagement, regularly exceeding 50% open rates, reflecting the depth of connection with the audience.

A key element of the strategy was the development of a structured partner program. Fertility clinics and related organisations could purchase bulk memberships for their clients, while also gaining directory listings, podcast sponsorship opportunities, and targeted advertising placements.

This strengthened industry relationships and broadened distribution of the app.

Beyond the quantitative outcomes, the impact was felt most in the quality of engagement.

Members consistently expressed deep gratitude for resources that addressed the emotional and wellbeing aspects of infertility. The platform became a safe, accessible space available 24/7 for people seeking support during an often isolating experience.

Our role encompassed end-to-end creative and strategic delivery, including brand development, visual identity, content production, and digital experience design. We established a cohesive look and feel that carried consistently across the app, website, podcasts, videos, and marketing materials.

While Your Fertility Hub was based in Australia, its reach was genuinely global, with the majority of members located in the United States and Canada, followed by the United Kingdom and Australia.

The work illustrated how well-designed digital experiences, combined with meaningful content, can drive both engagement and sustainable growth.
